What a year! First and foremost, I want to thank each and every one of you. In one way or another, you’ve been a part of the growth and success of Pedal Stomper Productions and for this, I am eternally grateful. It was March of this year when this passion became a business and in the last 9 months, it’s been absolutely amazing. The places that we’ve been and the things that we’ve seen have been amazing but what I have loved most of all is the people. The camera has introduced me to some amazing and wonderful people over the past year and it’s you that has truly made this, a year to remember.

No year is complete without a top 10 list, right? So we decided to do a bit of our own list to cover some of the highlights from this year.

So here they are, in no particular order:

Things with wheels are wonderful. The opportunity to shoot a rare things with wheels, makes things just that much more special. This bike has around 100 miles on it, and there were only 2,000 of these made. A gorgeous piece of machinery.

Sticking with the “wheels” theme, this shot was picked up and featured by Yamaha Electric Bicycles. The orange and black contrast still makes us smile.

Sometimes, you’re in the right place at the right time. I was shooting an event at Pitt Race at the tail end of the summer this year when the sky started to go orange while casting this surreal purple glow on everything. This is probably one of my favorite stand alone pictures from the year.

We feel that giving back to the community is extremely important. We want to make sure that we’re helping to support the community that supports us. In this, Elves & More does some amazing things in transforming neighborhoods and we were lucky enough to help capture what they do, and expand their audience.

Once again, spending time with a rare machine is a bit of a surreal experience. When that machine is a Competition Coupe Viper, and it’s roaming the streets of Alliance, Ohio….it makes for a memorable occasion and a great video.

Not far from the office is Emerald Lake where the Chippewa Lake Ski team practices and puts on a free show. We were captured a lot of great moments from the show as it’s an extremely talented group.

Tractors are amazing machines. They’ve evolved from simple, mechanical workhorses to marvels of technology. Like motorcycles, they are difficult to get right as there are a lot of odd angles and shadows to worry about. But when you get it right…..

The Akron Bikers for Boobs poker run attracts a huge number of riders and passengers every year and this year, we had the opportunity to capture what a great event this is. Bringing out the personalities and the enthusiasm for an event like this is what makes it great and this is one of those shots.

Bikers for Boobs raises awareness and money from a great cause in Stewarts Caring Place which is located in Akron, Ohio

2018 saw a new model of truck from the Kenworth Truck company. It took a lot of work to get there, but we were able to get just a few minutes with 2 of the demo trucks travelling the nation and were able to make a video from it. So far, it’s been seen by 100,000 people.

The drone has been one of the most fun tools that we’ve ever purchased. Not only can it give a different perspective on a shoot, but you have access to shots like this one.

In summation, 2018 was a great year and 2019 is already stacking up to be even more amazing. We want to give a heartfelt thank you to everyone that has been a part of this year and we look forward to working with you well into the future!
